Terms of Service

The service

RestoKit provides a digital presence platform for restaurants: mobile website, digital menu, customer reviews, loyalty program and visibility tools. The service is hosted and accessible from a browser, with nothing to install.

Your account

You create an account with your email address. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for how your account is used.

Plans, trial and billing

• 14-day free trial, starting when the subscription is activated. A payment card is required when activating your trial, through Stripe checkout.
• No amount is charged before the trial ends. The first charge occurs when the trial expires, at the price of the plan you chose. You can cancel at any time before that date and pay nothing.
• Monthly or annual plans: the monthly price and, for annual plans, the total amount billed for the year are shown before you confirm.
• The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Cancellation and renewal

• You can cancel yourself at any time from your dashboard, without contacting us.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period (current month or year): you keep access and features until that date, and no new amount is charged.
• No prorated refund is issued for the period already billed.
• You can reactivate a subscription by subscribing again from the pricing page.

Your content

Your menu, your photos and all of your content remain yours.

To operate the service, you grant us only the licence needed to host, process, display and technically transmit that content within the service — including showing it on your page and passing it to the tools you actively use, such as the artificial intelligence features. We claim no ownership of your content and do not use it for any other purpose.

Responsibility for your content

You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, prices, opening hours and the information published on your page, and for complying with the laws that apply to your establishment.

You confirm that you hold the rights to the content you publish (photos, texts, logo), including for its hosting and public display.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, not to attempt to access other restaurants' or their customers' data, and not to interfere with the platform's operation.

Service availability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and to restore it quickly after any interruption, including for maintenance, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Suspension

In case of non-payment or abusive use of the service, we may suspend access, with notification by email whenever possible.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid over the last twelve months.

Changes to the service and these terms

The service may evolve; significant changes will be signalled to you. These terms may be updated, and the current version is always published on this page. By continuing to use the service after an update, you accept the published version.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Québec (Canada), including Canadian federal laws that apply there. Any dispute arising from these terms or from the use of the service falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Québec.
